CEC & Social Committee Interest Form

The Board of Directors is calling all members who are willing to make a commitment to further enhance the Nobel at E- Town lifestyle. You can make a difference by getting directly involved in the day to day operation of your community. We are looking for homeowners who are willing to contribute their talents, experience, dedication and energy by serving on the following committees:

• Covenant Enforcement- Committee Meets as needed to review violations of the association governing documents known as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements, and uphold corrective action and confirm or rejects fines imposed by the Board for continuing violations to bring about compliance.
• Social and Communications Committee- Develop plans for enhancing sense of community by planning and coordinating social events and recreational programs providing communications to owners in form of bulletin board, newsletter and website updates.
